It was a long day for me and three of my friends after spending the the whole afternoon shopping at the 3-day Big Sale at SM Southmall in Las Pinas.

So, here’s a quick look of what we found at the big sale here at SM Southmall.
First, I woke up early to catch the 2nd of the 3-days sale, place my breakfast in a disposable lunch box (just like school days) and grab some snacks so I won’t get hungry. I also need to be at our meeting place where I’ll meet my friends for today’s shopping spree!
After lunch, that’s when we start eyeing for great finds!
and of course posing for some funny photo for souvenir.
First stop, HOME WORLD section. I never miss visiting this section.
Of course, I have to check on dining tables with elegant designs. Six months to go and I can buy my dream dining table though!
A trip to the Home World section gives me new ideas and makes me more excited with my planned furniture shopping few months from now! I can’t wait for that moment to come!
We finally came to our initial plan. Ruth and I wanted a new hand bag.
With variety of colors, designs and styles available all are pretty awesome especially these days that you can use even those with striking colors such as orange, yellow, green etc. You’ll never go wrong because all are very affordable! Whew, thanks to the big sale!
Can’t decide what to buy? Why not ask the boys!
It took me sometime before I finally decide what brand to choose. This time, I had Parisian and remain adventurous with the color, a yellow bag for me!
Price? From P799.75 now at P399.95! Cool!
Not yet satisfied, we decided to go to the basement section of SM department store where children’s clothes, the home section and the ladies lingerie and apparel are located.
With a budget of P400, I was hoping to find a nice dress or blouse. Few more rounds then our feet took us at the SMART BUY section.
It was a smart choice, for not only one or two but three lovely dresses at a very affordable price! Would you like to guess?
Jackpot I must say! Only P199 each! Though I planned to spend P400, an extra P200 wouldn’t hurt since I often use such dress for all occasion.
As expected there was a long queue to the fitting room so Ruth and I decided to share one.
It was actually the most memorable part of this shopping experience, when you enjoy each others’ company!
Total bill was P996.95, not bad for a trendy bag and three dresses! I went home with a big smile from the big sale. It was another journey to shopping experience with good company!
Just before we separate our ways, we dropped by the Black Canyon Coffee for a quick snack and take-out food for dinner. I had Pad Thai, tuna sandwich and Mocha Glacier Frappe, Thin Roof which I shared with my fiancé.

SM Southmall’s Big Sale has a huge range of selection for you! The 3-Day sale ends tomorrow, September 2, 2012. I hope you’ll not miss the huge discounts on selected items. It will be more fun to shop with your friends and loved ones so bring the whole family, just like us!
