Review of SONY Micro Vault USB Flash Drive

A friend gave me this small gadget accessory sometime last week. We got so many USB drives at home, some works pretty well while others corrupt files so I usually end up using these drives for downloading and saving press releases.

SONY has been one of the top choices when it comes to home and entertainment needs. Up to now, I still have my SONY PSP that I would play from time to time. Going back to the SONY Microvault USB Flash Drive On-The-Go, I find it small and can easily misplace. But then I realized that it's good, easy to carry. I can even kept it inside my purse and hook into my note to transfer my files each time it gets full. In addition, there is a place to hook up a lanyard if you want to.

The black cover is plastic and the USB is metal. It would be awesome if the cover is also made of metal.

The outer cover has spring connected to the metal so you don't have to worry losing the USB cover. To lock you just have to depress the top. The size is also a great advantage when working on your laptop, since most USB slots are close together.

Interface:
Hi-speed USB2.0
Port Type: USB Type A and Micro USB
Operating Systeme: Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Mac OS X 10.4 or later
Google Android 4.0.3 or later

16 GB memory stores a lot of documents and files. I can make continuous shots on my smartphone or digital camera and transfer to SONY USB Flash Drive, anytime, anywhere without the laptop. Knowing a drive's performance is very important and I'm glad it works pretty fast.

I think I'm liking the new SONY MICROVAULT USB Flash Drive

  2. You're right @ruthilicious , for sure I'll use lanyard. I'm also planning to save favorite photos/folders on the #sonymicrovault like what I usually do. Hope you have a great weekend! Thanks for dropping by! :)
