Travels | Onboard 2Go Travel's MV St.Therese of The Child Jesus

I wonder how it feels going on a cruise. Husband repeatedly tells me his experience cruising via 2Go Travel sometime in 2006 or 2007 to visit Coron.

Nowadays, traveling has become more affordable. Last week, 2Go Travel launched its newest ship, the MV St. Therese of Child Jesus to provide passengers with world-class and cruise-like experience at a reasonable amount. Woman In Digital was invited to go around the ship and dine in one of their restaurants.

It took us about two hours going to North Harbor due to traffic in the area. So I suggest to come early if you're taking any of the sea vessels on your next trip. From the gate I already spotted M/V St. There of the Child Jesus. As far as I can remember this is the 2nd sea vessel I've seen, second to MV Doulos back in 2011. But there's a huge difference between the two, MV Doulos carries books and travels from different parts of the world. MV St. Therese will be bringing guests from Manila to Bacolod, IloIlo and Cagayan De Oro which was started that same day.

Welcome aboard at MV St Therese of the Child Jesus
2Go Travel's M/V St. Therese of the Child Jesus is 16,622-ton and 160-meter long. The ship has a capacity of 1,856 passengers and 200 twenty-foot equivalent units of (TEU) of cargo.

The ship, like the rest of the fleet, has been refurbished to become a domestic cruise ship, with 6 suite rooms, 12 state rooms, 21 business class and 34 tourist accommodations, It has elegantly designed furnishing, you will understand what I mean later. Guests will surely enjoy their cruise with its amenities. It has a spacious first-class bar and restaurants, a 24-hour convenience store and gift shop. There's also a spa and salon for those who needs some form of relaxation. The ship has areas for karaoke and other forms of entertainment especially at night. Of course, there's a chapel. But one of my favorite spots is the open-air deck where I can take just look around, take a photo of the islands we will pass by.

I enjoyed the day tour inside the M/V St. Therese of the Child Jesus. Unfortunately, I did not join the trip going Bacolod, Iloilo all the way Cagayan De Oro. Who knows maybe next time? Congratulations 2Go Travel.
