The Crocodile Farm in Davao

One of the highlight of our trip to Davao is visiting the Crocodile Farm and shopping at Aldevinco center. The city of Davao is known as the fruit basket of the Philippines producing durian, mangosteen, pomelo and marang. You would see these seasonal fruits along the road being sold at a cheaper price. Well aside from that, Mindanao also boasts several tourist attractions including Davao Crocodile Park, shopping centers like Aldevinco. While in the Northern most part of Mindanao is Camiguin, the spectacular White Island, go snorkeling at Mantigue Island and Sunken Cemetery.

The first thing I noticed inside the Crocodile Park is the Sweet Spot selling durian flavored ice cream. 

Since I’m in Davao, then I must try Durian Ice Cream. It reminded me of Magnolia Ice Cream Best of the Philippine Collection Durian Flavor. 

There’s also Chocolate Coated Polvoron in Durian Flavor too!

Moving on to say hello to the animals at the Crocodile farm. Here's what I saw...

Mt. Apo Civet Coffee is from the Philippine’s civet cat droppings. It’s one of the most expensive coffee. There are only few animals here at the park but nevertheless, we had a great time walking around the Crocodile farm.

At the park, there’s a store selling Philicillin Crocodile Oil, a better treatment for different  ailments such as pimples, burns, acne, wounds, sunburns, bleeding psoriasis and stretch marks and other skin problems. However, the smallest bottle costs P200 and the large one, few thousands.

We went to Aldevinco Shopping Center for more “pasalubong” and souvenir items. I was surprised with the price of scarfs for only P40-P50.00 each. To my delight I bought almost a dozen. 

Capping our day was a visit at SM Lanang Premier Skygarden to visit Blugre Coffee. It was my first time to try Blugre coffee, one of the best coffee in Davao
