After finding a nice spot, a staff immediately offered something to drink so I had a cup of hot African Sunrise tea. While waiting, I noticed a note with the hashtag #everydayextraordinary on every table. It was CTBTL's tagline as they celebrate 50 wonderful years.

26th St. Bistro by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) is CBTL's latest innovation in dining concept. It's the first and flagship branch of 26th St. Bistro by the CBTL. It has been operational for quite sometime, about several months. But if you're living within Ortigas-Pasig area you can also visit their second branch located at the East Wing, 5th level of Shangri-La Plaza Mall.

Pan-fries Norwegian Salmon Cakes served with smoked paprika aioli and mixed greens, drizzled with balsamic vinegar. This Salmon Fishcake was nicely season; lived up to my expectation, I'll have it again on my next visit.
