I admit having a sweet tooth except for hard candies and when I do, that candy would be my favorite for the rest of my life.
I was surprised when someone came to my house handed a bucket of hard candies just before I left the building. The brand Alpenliebe, somewhat new to my ears but later found out that it came from the same makers of all-time favorites Mentos, Chupa Chups, and Fruittela. Perfetti Van Melle, the manufacturer brings in the newest candy that will definitely delight everyone in the family, it’s called ALPENLIEBE.
With excitement I immediately grab my photo, took a photo and posted it on Instagram.
The next thing I do is pick up a piece of candy and gently open it. It’s so creamy and sweet. It’s delectable and luscious flavors available in two flavors, Caramel and Strawberry. Each flavor satisfies my sweet cravings, for a moment I forgot bars of chocolate and chocolate cake waiting inside the fridge.
I left home to attend another event launching two new ice cream flavors. Will share it on my next post. After the event, I decide to go back and get some ALPENLIEBE for my sister Tina and her kids, waiting for me at Trinoma mall. I wanted her to try this luscious treat from Perfetti Van Melle.
I also love the bucket! It’s reusable, I thought of placing sodas, bottled juice and canned juices on it.

By the way, I went to SM Supermarket in Makati yesterday and saw a sales staff giving away samples of ALPENLIEBE at the supermarket entrance. I didn’t get one since I have dozens of delicious alpenliebe at home. Would you like some?
