Diamond Hotel recently launched an all-American food and wine feast held at its premiere restaurant Corniche to commemorate America’s endless culinary creativity. The festival is helmed by featured international Chef Christopher Gallaga of Fat Angelo’s, Hong Kong.
Between Mac and Cheese and Potato Gratin, I particularly love the latter; for me it's a luxurious way of serving potatoes. :)
Here you can enjoy Roast US Prime Cut Steaks, Chicago Burgers, New York Style Pizza, Country Cured Ham, Oysters Rockefeller, Southern Fried Chicken, Maryland Crab Cakes and Turducken Turkey.
