Krispy Kreme Now More Digital

With family and company outing left and right, sometimes we ran out of ideas what food to bring. Sometimes, cramming for the last minute shopping for the next day trip to the beach.

Our friends from Krispy Kreme and Mobext Inc. created the Krispy Kreme mobile app for customers to conveniently order freshly cooked KK doughnuts.


Held at Krispy Kreme Boni High Street, we get the first dibs about the new Krispy Kreme Mobile App. Ms. Ariane Martinez- Valinton, Marketing Manager for Krispy Kreme Philippines shared that their new Krispy Kreme App is a value-added service intended to extend their market reach to customers who want their fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts delivered at the comfort of their offices and homes.

Delivery is currently limited to 8 key sites within the Greater Manila Area (GMA). Moreover, within a retail transaction area, basically within the nearby commercial area of the branch only. Don't fret, you can still order and “Pick Up” instead to get your freshly made doughnuts from your choice of any Krispy Kreme Branch nationwide. Let's say I'm in Makati and I would like to pick it up fin Trinoma which is near my house. Then it's okay!

The 8 key sites are: Ortigas Center, Makati CBD, Bonifacio Global City, Malate / Macapagal Boulevard, Gateway Cubao, Alabang, Greenhills and Eastwood. Aside from ordering donuts, the mobile application can be use to easily locate Krispy Kreme Stores, monitor your Stamp Card and keep updated on your rewards.


Here's the step by step use of the Krispy Kreme mobile app:

1. Download the app, available on Adroid and IOS. Install and open.

2. Open the app, customize or choose your favorite doughnuts. You can order dozen original glazed doughnuts P375 or dozen assorted doughnuts.

3. You may continue ordering for other Krispy Kreme products like coffee and cakes, even gift certificates.

4. Proceed to checkout. Choose between delivery (deliver now, deliver later) or pickup.

5. Choose payment, cash on delivery or credit card. Pick-ups are limited to credit card mode of payments only. A customer representative will call you to confirm the order. You will also receive email confirmation for every successful transactions.

Online delivery is open from 8am to 8pm only and has minimum transaction of Php500. The new Krispy Kreme mobile app is an easy and convenient way of getting your doughnuts although quite limited in terms of service location, it's better than queuing to get it at your favorite KK stores. My husband and I were hoping it would extend its service and reach to more KK loyal customers even to far flung places in the country to serve fans of  Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
