In a recent intimate event featuring the new products of Mondelez, we were asked to prepare two yummy, easy to prepare snacks that's perfect for summer. With group mates Ruth and Jing, our team whipped up delicious Oreo Coconut Delight Polvoron and Apple & Grapes Chicken Sandwich using Eden Mayo Spread.
Oreo Coconut Delight Polvoron Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup Oreo Coconut Delight
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
Molder
Preparation:
Cook flour until brown (until it smells a bit toasted)
Remove from fire and let it cool
Add butter and the remaining ingredients and continue stirring
Cook until brown
Use polvoron
We were also taught how to make beverages extra special. Add a scoop of mango or papaya and place them in a ice cube tray, filled with Tang of your desired variant and freeze.

Apple Grapes Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 Green Apple cut into small chunks
Grapes sliced
lettuce
Eden Mayo
Left over chicken adobo or grilled chicken
Tasty bread or wheat bread
Preparation and Procedure:
Wash apple, grapes and lettuce
Cut grapes into two, apple into small pieces
Mix all ingredients with Eden Mayo
You can spread a small amount of butter to the bread and toast it or use it as it is.
Put the mixed ingredients over lettuce
Add a slice of Eden cheese
Serve
