A Quick Tour of iACADEMY's New Campus

My parents taught us the value of education. They tried their best to send us in a quality school and had the liberty to choose what we wanted to take up in college. My recent trip at iAcademy Nexus campus made me want to take up any related course to arts and fashion.

iACADEMY Nexus campus is proud of its huge and complete learning facilities from class rooms limited to 30 students per room, spacious library, innovation room, computer or iMAC laboratory, fashion lab, graphics, PE, and special effects lab.

New Programs Offered at iACADEMY

During the iACADEMY Open House, former students shared their experiences and how iACADEMY helped them achieved their dreams; faculty members talked about advantages of studying in iACADEMY and what students will expect in the coming school year. Here are some of the new courses or programs being offered at iACADEMY.

iACADEMY School of Robotics

At the moment, iACADEMY is the only school that offers Robotics. iACADEMY believes that technology will forever evolve and there will be great opportunities in the future. Robotics is in-demand abroad. We see robots nowadays are being used in transport people and goods, help doctors perform amazing, life-saving surgeries and more.

iACADEMY students are now making robots, designing mobile apps, programming software to interact with AI (artificial intelligence), and creating digital, tech-based tools and products that their parents likely don't understand that well.

The school offers senior high students two years of a solid robotics curriculum that includes design, study, research, and actual prototype-making. This robotics program provides the proper foundation every students need in preparation for future job or if they wanted to pursue higher education in robotics.

Audio Production and Graphic Illustration

Millennials are getting more interested in graphic illustration and audio production. iACADEMY is equipped and has the facilities to offer these programs. This is a field that is crucial for TV, video, movies, and even extended reality and augmented reality. There's even such a thing as 3-D sound.
“Everyone loves music. Everyone relates to sound. Just imagine a movie without any sound. The experience will be so much less,” said Obedoza.
iACADEMY has trained students in digital arts and is now ready to the next level which is the digital illustration, 2D methodology, and 3D methodology. Graduates of this track have potential careers as animators, comic artists, illustrators; graphic designers, branding artists, marketing professionals and motion graphics creators.

App Development

At the moment, there are thousands of mobile apps. As a blogger, mobile apps is a good tool in sharing social media posts and even in the practice of marketing. Graduates of iACADEMY will learn to make, use, and even teach others how to use mobile apps.
“If you have a strong foundation in app development, you can go into AI, data science, robotics, internet of things; you can create apps for business. You can join practically any industry. That's what we're preparing our students for,” said Obedoza.
