Do you like Japanese food? Then, you will be delighted with the opening of Tokyo Joe's branch in Spark’s Mall along P. Tuazon Cubao.

Tokyo Joe, a Japanese fast food chain was launched in the Cebu in 2012. It was their very first branch located in Ayala Center Food Choices. Today, we can find a Tokyo Joe in many a strategic spot in Cebu. This Japanese fast food even conquered Davao and Iloilo, and Fairview in Quezon City and just recently Spark's Mall in Cubao.

During the Cubao branch launch, we got to sample the comfort food like Maki and beef bowl Misono.

Salmon and beef maki were good. Indeed, it was a feast of Japanese Maki!

You would easily notice Tokyo Joe with its colorful yellow and orange Japanese-inspired theme.

I'm excited to come back and try the Miso Ramen or Tonkutsu Ramen (Roasted Pork ramen), Tokyo Joe's Pork Katsu (breaded pork cutlet topped on rice) and a bowl of steaming Sukiyaki and Special Yakimeshi.
