After Workout Diet and Beauty Tips

Aerobics is a fun, while yoga, more relaxing. I searched for aerobics videos to begin my new workout. I chose the one for beginners, steps are simple and easy to follow. During the first 30 minutes of workout, I felt that toxins in my body was flushed out through perspiration. My heart rate increased and my body energized.

After Workout Diet and Beauty Tips

Post Workout Meal:

My post workout breakfast consist of sunny side up organic egg, some King Sue bacon and 2 slices of white Gardenia bread. Of course, brewed coffee will always be present. Other days, I would have fried rice, organic egg and steamed vegetables. I also eat 1 medium size banana 30 minutes after meal.

Post workout beauty tips:

  1. Increase water intake. At home, we are drinking mineral water but I recently tried Gerolsteiner Sparkling Mineral Water. Did you know that Gerolsteiner does more than just hydrating and refueling your body? This refreshing mineral water also helps fight off the bloat, constipation, and may even improve indigestion. I recommend it for people who loves soda because Gerolsteiner is a sparkling water.
  2. 15 cc or equivalent to 1 tablespoon of Organique Acai Premium Blend has been part of my morning routine. I love its rich, sweet and tangy taste. You can also use it as a salad dressing or mix in your favorite smoothie. Acai berries are nutritious and a good source of antioxidant which keeps skin younger looking and glowing.
  3. Take a warm shower and moisturize your skin. Eat healthy and well-balanced meal. Include vegetables and fruits in your diet. I'm loving overnight oats. So much love that it's gone by midnight.

Overnight oats recipe:

4-5 tbsp muesli
3-4 tbsp rolled oats
2  teaspoon raw honey
1 Jolly Cow fresh milk
choice of fruits - banana, strawberry, kiwi
1/2 shot glass of Organique Acai

Mix everything starting from muesli, oats and milk. Add honey, Organique Acai and milk. Add half of the prepared fruits, refrigerate the remaining. Refrigerate the mixture overnight. Topped with the remaining fruit just before serving.

I love the dense and creaminess of overnight oats. Given that it's healthy, overnight oats are filling as well. It prevents me from eating junk food in between meals. With milk, we're getting daily calcium required for women. Oats is a good source of fiber and helps prevent heart disease.
