Start Your Own Business at Home with Mekeni's Bayani Street Food

One of the things I miss because of pandemic is going on a food tour with friends and attending an annual street food festival. I miss those days when we would share meals in one plate; making tusok-tusok the fish ball. I know you can relate. Street food is best enjoyed when you share it with friends and loved ones. Today, I cooked my favorite street food again trying Bayani, Mekeni’s product line for frozen street food.

Since we are missing some of our favorite food, I thought of bringing street food at the comfort of our home. There's squid balls, chicken balls, kikiam balls and kikiam. For the first time, I tried making fish ball sauce, mixing all the ingredients - soy sauce, brown sugar, water, flour, chopped garlic and onion.
