To live a healthy lifestyle is easier said than done. The past year was quite challenging for our family in terms of health and so I promised myself to Go Get Better this 2024 trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

Last weekend we participated at the Health and Wellness CONFEX 2024 held at the SMX Mall of Asia. It's a 3-day wellness fair in Manila promoting health, wellness and tourism in the country. It features various organic products, a free check-up and other health services provided by the Department of Health.
There were various talks and presentation on agriculture, tourism, health and wellness. Guests participated in yoga and zumba led by dance and fitness diva Ms. Regine Tolentino, definitely no dull moments during the confex. There was a coffee creation featuring local coffee beans. My favorite is the free massage and aromatherapy from DoTERRA Essential Oils and Nurture Wellness Spa.

The CONFEX 2024 lasted for 3-day so I decided to book an accommodation at Networld Hotel and Spa along Buendia. It's very convenient and just a ten minute drive from the hotel to SMX.

I had fun attending the Health & Wellness CONFEX 2024. There's so much to learn from the guest speakers. Not to miss special promos, freebies and discounts from all the booths/brands. There was an overflowing of coffee and hot chocolate from MX3, Organique, Chocolea, and Glorious Coffee.
It was also an opportunity to make new friends. Congratulations to Health & Wellness CONFEX 2024. Looking and hoping for CONFEX 2025.
