My Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs 2011

It was in 2008 when I started reading blogs, though I have to say that my favorite blogs are those that have been there for years, there are also (which I follow and frequently read) who just started a year ago but already gain popularity and influence.

2.    Pink Magaline by Jingke Kolca
Aside from food and travel blogs, recently I became so interested with online contests and this blog offers simple to follow online contest like the recent Magaline Giveaway that I also joined but unfortunately did not win. I like this blog because it’s all about woman, her need and wants. Like her, I also love to shop and Pink Magaline features weekly shopping haul and SALE finds. But most of all, I like PinkMagaline’s Pinay in Pink wherein she features one beautiful, talented and inspiring Filipina every month.

In this blog, she shares simple stuff of providing kids activities to the most difficult task of being a mom and a wife.

6.   The Average Jane
I always love the simple things just like the simple blog of Tin Solis Kiok aka The Average Jane. She writes about anything and everything from food, travel, entertainment, crafts, photography. She is right when she said that “Life is not a spectator sport. If you’re going to spend your whole life in the grandstand just watching what goes on, you’re wasting your life.” It is true that sometimes we didn’t know that happiness is in simple things.
7.  Lizmoneyweb.com by Liz.

8.  Lost Tsinelas (Yaya, Where's My Tsinelas)
Honestly, this is one of my favorite blogs. I like everything, from the title to the content and photos. The author follows his trusty slippers in search of great accommodation, best food and document memorable travel experiences. Just like me, I’m sure readers enjoy following Yuri and learning from his travel and food adventures.  I also love his photos, it’s very natural, the colors are real.
9. Certified Foodies
In this food blog you'll be up-to-date with the latest food finds, restaurant reviews and important events. Read inspiring stories of siblings Mhel and Ken, the Certified Foodies and learn some recipes and cooking tips, too!

I never thought I will be having my own blog for I am contented and enjoying reading other blogs until I discover myself making videos on places we’ve been and later on distributing those to my friends and relatives. Until one day, I realized I have a lot of photos to keep so I decided to put them in one place so everyone can view, that’s how LivingMarjorney started.

I am proud to say that this blog has made a big difference and changed my outlook in life. No, I won’t be including my blog to the list for I really want to nominate those who I believe are influential. This blog has a lot more to discover and a long way to be influential, who knows maybe next year?

10.   Pinay Travelogue
Lynette is the person behind the Pinay Travelogue. She blogs about  interesting places like the island of Mindanao, discovering the hidden beauty and culture. Visit her blog and be captivated by her amazing photos and shared stories.
There goes my Top 10, how about you? Visit and join the Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs and nominate your chosen 10 blogs. Deadline of submission is until September 7, 2011 only.

P.S. The above mentioned blogs are my personal choice which I believe are influential and I hope through this, I was able to help in promoting these blogs. I don’t personally know or met the authors except for few of them (two or three) and had short conversation at some blog events.

This writing project will not be possible without the support of sponsors such as Cyber Monday Deals, Tribeca Private Residences, How To Videos, Palawan Beaches for Sale, Green and Natural Lubes Philippines, Philippine data center, Philippine online shopping, Singapore jobs, Pinoy Party Food, Manila Rentals and Great product deals.
