Summit Ridge Tagaytay: Your Next Summer Destination

One of my favorite summer destinations in the Philippines is just an hour and a half from Manila, Tagaytay. I've been to Tagaytay many times but each visit gives a unique kind of travel experience. There's a lot more to discover. Recently, hubby and I visited the Bag of Beans. We were delighted with their pies and pancakes.

My niece and nephew's favorite theme park is also in Tagaytay, the Sky Ranch Theme Park.

Another favorite destination when in Tagaytay is the famous Antonio's and Gourmet Farms. But I have yet to visit another romantic spot in Tagaytay called the Chateau Hestia and Marcia Adams’.
I would also like to visit Tagaytay Picnic Grove again and the next-door commercial center Summit Ridge Promenade.

We all need a break from the fast-paced lifestyle of the city every once in a while. Luckily, we don’t have to venture too far to enjoy life unhurried. Favored weekend destinations like Tagaytay are only a stone’s throw away from Metro Manila, making it an ideal spot for a quick rest and relaxation. Among the plenty of accommodations you can find in Tagaytay, Summit Ridge Hotel is a welcoming respite for urbanites needing a quick break from the daily grind.

Summit Ridge is just an hour and a half from the metro, located along Aguinaldo Highway so it's easy to get there whether by private or public transportation. Its 108 guest rooms are perfect for every type of traveler who can take in the fresh breeze and the picturesque view of Taal Lake through their own private verandas. Those who seek the most comfort from their hotel stay can book one of the 18 suites that feature a living area, kitchenette and two separate bedrooms.

The hotel has its own spa facility, The Ridge Spa offers spa treatments to relieve body aches and rejuvenate well-being. But what I'm more excited to is the hotel's infinity pool set in the midst of Tagaytay’s lush nature and beautiful climate.

When it comes to food, guests need not venture too far to indulge in mouthwatering treats. The hotel’s own onsite restaurant, Sisterfields by Cravings, serves sustainable cuisine that features a specially curated menu of comfort food dishes like Chicken Ala Pobre, Roast Beef, Crispy Kare Kare and Sisterfields Burger with quarter pound beef.

Summit Ridge also provides enough opportunities for its guests to unwind even beyond the hotel grounds with the various dining options, fun-filled parks and top must-see Tagaytay destinations all conveniently located and within reach.

Companies on their out-of-town retreats can make use of Summit Ridge’s state-of-the-art MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Events) facilities and banqueting hall, complete with an efficient and attentive staff. During their free time, they can destress at Qiwellness Living, an Asian teahouse, bathhouse and spa, or play a few rounds of golf at the Splendido Taal Golf Club.
