On Self-Worth and Confidence

When I was seven, the doctors fascinate me. I used to think they have some superpowers to make sick people well and save lives.

In our family, some wanted me to become an engineer but my grandmother believes I can be a compassionate nurse. On the other hand, my father also wanted something else.

As for me, all I wanted was to be me - to simply enjoy life and discover my purpose.

If there's anything I learned, it's that you can achieve whatever you want if you believe in your self enough.

Everything has a purpose and happens in its own time.

Life Unfolds with a Purpose

After high school, I worked in a popular pharmaceutical company sorting medicine for a while. Then at eighteen, I was lucky to be given a scholarship grant in college, so I took up nursing.

When I was 21, I graduated with honors and placed among the Top 20 in the board exam. After graduation, I wanted to serve the less-fortunate so I went to one of the biggest government hospital handling various medical cases - Philippine General Hospital.

I had to leave though, after half a year, because I was absorbed into a military hospital. This is where I worked as a staff nurse for 5 years before I decided to move on to greener pastures.

With perseverance, I got a license to work in the United States. And while waiting for my visa, I created this lifestyle blog - the one you are reading right now where I share stories, discoveries and life adventures.

I may not be in the medical field anymore, but using my blog, I am able to share my knowledge to the public and my readers, and thorugh living a healthy lifestyle.
On Self-Worth and Confidence

Looking back, I wonder how I made it through in this journey called life. People say I'm brave, confident, intelligent, and loving. As I grow older and become mature, I now understand my purpose in life. In my own humble ways and through this blog, I hope I can continue to inspire others live life to the fullest.

We are beautiful when our strength shines on whatever difficulties we are facing.

Look and Feel Confident in your own Skin

First of all, believe that you are beautiful. Build your self-worth and accept your weaknesses.

Women, including myself, must take care of our well-being. When others see that we value ourselves and care for others, they will respect us too. Have the appropriate self-confidence and let our experiences mold us into becoming a better person.

Wearing the newest Avon bra, the Body Illusion
Embrace the body and skin you're in and you'll look confident in whatever clothes you wear, may it be branded or from a thrift shop.

It is important to love and take care of your body. Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup. Eat well and exercise. As for me, I practice yoga at home while watching Youtube videos and maximizing the available resources available on the internet.

Avon Fashion Bra

Women should invest in quality and reliable undergarment as well. You can do anything if you are comfortable in your clothes. For intimate apparel, there's Avon, a reliable and well-love brand that offers quality yet affordable products.

Personally, I'm using the new Avon's Body Illusion intimate apparel as it offers the comfort of a seamless bra and panty that won't show up underneath the clothing. These are among Avon's newest products that provide convenience for that envious seamless look.

Avon Charlene Underwire Body Illusion
Avon Fashion's Body Illusion is powered by InvisiLite Technology, it doubles up on flexibility so you can move in comfort.

The bra has soft, brushed shoulder straps so it won't irritate your skin. Moreover, it could easily be adjusted according to your liking. Needless to say, the silky fabric is super soft. It feels like as if you're not wearing one. Best of all, it has no stitches for a perfectly seamless look.

The new Avon Body Illusion comes in two designs - Charlene Underwire Bra (Php 899) and Panty (Php 299) and the Sonia Non-wire (Php 899) and Panty (Php 299).

I wore the Charlene Underwire during our recent trip to Bataan.

For me, the 3/4 cup bra offered a deeper and better support. The sexier cleavage is a bonus! I also love the super soft foam cups and nylon spandex material.

I believe you will love the comfort, support, and design like I do. They are also available in bigger sizes such as 36C, 38B, and 40B.

On Self-Worth and Confidence

I'm sharing here a short intimate video I prepared celebrating life with a purpose; and of course while wearing the Avon Body Illusion line on the more recent clips.

Women come in various forms and curves. Each of us deserves to look and feel good. With Avon Fashion's intimate apparel line we can be confident in our own skin.
