There’s a new home being developed by Moldex Realty Inc. led by MGOC Chairman Jacinto Uy and son Michael Uy. Situated in Manila, right in front of Roxas Boulevard, the rising Grand Riviera Suites offers a view of the marvelous Manila Bay sunset.
One Saturday afternoon we gathered at Grand Riviera Suite’s showroom located at Vito Cruz, Manila. A short presentation about the company’s successful real estate projects followed by a quick photography workshop highlights the event.
Over the years, Moldex has been part of every household. The market leader of PVC, pipe industry. Few years later they ventured into real estate development, the Moldex Realty Inc. Moldex Residences, Heritage Homes, Metrovilla, Metrogate villages are successful projects of the company. Not to mention their masterpiece the Grand Tower and Golden Empire Tower across the rising Grand Riviera Suites.

Studio type unit
Grand Riviera Suites fits the needs of a modern Filipino. Accessible and located at the heart of Manila where schools, universities, major hospitals and shopping districts are located.
A unit at Grand Riviera starts at 1.9million at 98k/sqm. Offering studio-type, one, two up to three bedroom units.
I love the window glasses which promotes cross ventilation. Their showroom is complete with furniture and home accents though it looks compact but the design is wonderful. The interiors are warm and cozy, anyone would like to sit-down at their comfy sofa and relax on well-stretched bed sheets.
The Manila Bay Sunset view from the Grand Riviera Suite:
The afternoon was spent with photography workshop lead by a professional photographer hosted by Moldex Realty. From the rising Grand Riviera suites, after the rain we waited to see the stunning Manila Bay Sunset.
Even on cloudy days the sun waits to break through. ~ Daniel
