Chinese New Year in Manila Hotel

Gong Xi Fa Cai! Happy Chinese New Year, everyone! I was listening to the late night news while writing this post and heard that Chinese New Year is a week-long celebration, fifteen (15) days to be exact. So, where did you celebrated and welcome the year of the Wooden Horse?

Jonel and I joined Manila Hotel in celebration of the Chinese New Year. Here's a photo blog of today's festivity, it's a little picture-heavy post. :)

The festivity started with the traditional animated performers of a special dragon and lion dance dancing to the vibrant beat of drums.

Aside from food, I'm always excited with dragon and lion dancing. It has been my favorite part of Chinese New Year celebration. How about you?
