My Healthy Morning Habits

Do you wonder why you feel tired upon waking up in the morning? I used to feel the same until I started a healthy morning habits. 

1. Sleep Early

In our line of work as a freelance writer and blogger, there are times we sleep late due to deadlines. Lack of sleep makes me feel really exhausted even if I take a nap in the afternoon. Then I decided to adjust my schedule by going to bed and wake up at six in the morning.


Morning sunshine gives positive energy. I feel happier and energized when I wake up early. It also gives me enough time to prepare for the day - from the meal to cook to going out for errands or blogging-related activities.

2. Hydrate

I mentioned on my IG stories how important hydration is. I highly recommend drinking a glass or two of warm water in the morning before anything else. Add some slice of lemon and you'll enjoy a powerful drink. Drinking lemon water maintains the right pH in our body and boosts the immune system.

3. Breakfast

It is best to consume high-fiber, high protein food especially in the morning. I love oat meals, it's highly nutritious and easy to prepare.
